Ways we can work together.
After a free 30-minute Discovery Call, we'll decide together which of these makes sense. Expand any option below for details and pricing.

Six 45-minute sessions on Zoom, usually over two to three months. $825 + GST
After discussing your situation in a free Discovery Call, we determine whether coaching with me is the right fit for you.
If we agree to work together, I’ll send onboarding information and a booking link.
You’re then free to book sessions whenever I have availability in my online calendar.
My clients have found that six sessions is usually the right amount of time to get to know each other, explore an issue quite deeply, and start making real progress.
Every session includes:
A pre-call email to help frame the session
A 45-min structured conversation about a topic you choose (or we find together)
An action step you choose to do after the session
A same-day follow-up email with a session summary and a suggested reflective activity.
While you are always free to book single sessions, I recommend committing to the six-session engagement when we first start working together.
